1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ordara ("Service"), provided by Old Square Trading LLC d/b/a Ordara ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ordara is an order tracking and management software application that allows users to track orders from various retail platforms. The Service consists of a desktop application and a web companion for remote access.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account through our payment provider, Whop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled by Whop. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Old Square Trading LLC d/b/a Ordara and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Old Square Trading LLC d/b/a Ordara be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date.
